Mortem tells the story of James who teeters on the edge, attempting to take his own life. At this point his perception of reality collapses and we join James on an odyssey through his own psyche on route to an emotional epiphany.

Late one night whilst gathered around the TV with his friends, an anxious and confused young man hastily scribbles down an idea but is haunted by a figure that he can never quite see, a presence that is always lingering on his shoulder. He goes through a series of surreal encounters as he tries to remember what the idea was that set the whole night in motion.

A crime drama about the story of a young man, Harrison Webster, in his first week as a police officer. His interpretation of the job is focused on the elaborate, adrenaline-pumping policing we see on television.
